Always a large line.Staff is very unorganized. Today I went in to grab a coffee and an old fashioned plain donut. As I was driving to work I realized she never gave me my donut. Well im not surprised this happens on a regular basis not just with myself but with other colleagues that I know.This location needs three staff on shift in morning hours. One at cash, one doing the baking and other filing the orders.
Five stars only for the lady who is working alone in the evening. Please hire person. So that one could bake easily and other can serve the customer.s . Please if the owner is reading this.. Tim is good

Just visited. Ordered 2 iced coffees but they didn’t have it. I think payal was the name of girl. She made the best out of a bad situation. Absolutely amazing customer service. Will visit again!
