I ordered a lemon honey tea and they gave me decaf orange pekoe. Plus i wait 5 minutes in the drive thru to get it! Im so upset. By the time i realized i was already in missisauga and was not going to turn around. They need to learn to focus!

This location NEVER has enough rice to make the wraps or bowls. 90% of the time I have tried to order a wrap or bowl with rice they're out, and it's not just at the end of the day it's all times of day. Why are they running out of ingredients 1/3 of the way through the day? You don't see McDonald's running out of fries halfway through the day.

I have never spent more time in drive through. 18 min to pickup a cup if tea.Awful. Try to avoid this location.

During take out the server didn't placed coffee properly in the tray, the hot cup of coffee fell on my hand and she didn't even bother to say sorry and on top of that she was showing bad attitude, date :30th November 2023 at 12.58 am. Train her atleast with customer service to atleast have some courtesy towards customers.Totally disgusted with this service and would highly recommend not to visit this location.

Only one person working and she was doing drive thru. Waited at front counter for almost five minutes before another person came from the back. She and another woman were laughing and carrying on like the were at a wedding or something. Then, I got a stale donut and they had no dark roast made. Waited another 5 minutes for the coffee. This place needs better management. It was only 7:30pm

This place is horrible, and it always is no matter when you show up. Coffee always tastes burnt, doesn't toast bread/bagels correctly, and muffins are the only thing that's okay sometimes here. Service is met with poor attitude or rushed to get you out of their way. Can't collect points with the app cause they say "system's down" ..... week now really??? Go north or south of this location. Much better all around
