The place is so dirty! I have never been to a worse Tim Hortons in 15 years. I literally wiped my seat before I could sit down. The seats were dirty, the tables were dirty, even the floor was dirty/sticky. I do not want to imagine the kitchen in this place or anywhere behind the counters which also had spilled coffee everywhere. They need to take better care of a restaurant where people come to eat!!

Don't get the flat bread pizza something's wrong with pizza over and they still used it to serve me food. They didn't specify what exactly but I'm assuming something gross like roaches.. I still left with pizza but couldn't stop thinking about it and threw out the pizza across the street.

The front crew needs to learn how to behave with customers..trust me the staff working in morning is worst..was working as a supervisor before and I’m well aware of how things work and how important customer service is..they don’t even know how tim rewards work..ordered a chocolate dip donut and you can see the photos how they gave it..

I pick up breakfast catering (trays of bagels/muffins/croissants) on a regular basis for our office and the team at this location always goes above and beyond to make sure the food is fresh and looking so presentable! Way to go everyone and thank you for your hard work!
