Terrible experience. The drive thru was too long, so I went inside. I was the first one to order. I waited 30 mins for a wrap that I didn't get. Multiple wraps were made for the drive thru and the people that took the time to come inside waited longer. I finally asked for a refund. The lady that gave me a refund wrote that the reason was a "wrong order" but it was actually because it was taking too long and my lunch break was over.

The drive through is very busy, long wait and tricky to enter and exit off of Parklawn. Everything we go big lineup, this place seems to be always busy. Not too many drive through Tims in the area.

Just try to purchase at Tim Hortons with $100 bill.Shivam cashier didn’t serve me due to $100 bill. I had no other cash with me. Shivam had no tag with name and management wasn’t at location. When I asked where is the sign that the not excepting $100 bill then Shivam let me know that it’s the Tim Hortons policy! So $100 it’s not money anymore for Tim Hortons! I so disappointed. My two kids was crying because they wasn’t able to get they sweets due to I didn’t had a change!!!! Day was ruined by famous Tim Hortons!

I go to this tim hortons 3 or 4 times a week for food and coffee and 4 times now I've found pieces of egg shell in my farmers wrap its not nice biting down on egg shells in your food. Please clean up the problem......

It's just regular coffee shop. The service is excellent, Size is decent with few tables, loved the egg's bites, very convenient size and yummy.

Using this place few times a month, mostly for my kids getting into having coffees.Do not think going inside store, you will wait a long time in the line, seeing up to 6 employees around.Stay in a car and you will get your order in 10 min. max.The goodies were ok there.Getting north on the road, will take some time, be careful, it is a busy rd!
