Meal was good service was slow and forgetful. Send a server to a table to take the order!!! We had to order from our phones which left half the table without a meal for over a half hour. I went in from the patio to see my food sitting under a heat lamp while takeout bags we being filled with orders. My company had finished their meals as we waited for them to finally bring out our food. Dont think I will be back if this is the ordering system you are using.

I ordered the fried chicken and waffles. The fried chicken was good - wish I could say the same about the waffle. It tasted like a frozen waffle.Besides the food, the service was OK. We seated ourselves on the patio.I definitely prefer the Upper Canada Mall location.

The people at Union chicken are the best! We were missing a part of our order and we called, and they immediately provided us with replacement meals. They gave us the same meals again plus threw in some extra items. I was not expecting that at all. Go eat at Union Chicken and enjoy their delicious chicken!

Just picked up the chicken platter from the Sherway Location. I must say, I am 100% impressed. Everything in the platter was deliciously perfect. Thank you, will be back again and happy to have a new favourite in the area.
I was a round the area and decided to try the OG sandwich for first time, I was excited to enjoy it. But I find it oily and little burn. Nothing special about it specially when you paid 15$ for it.

A surprisingly good restaurant, being in a train station! The food was good and the staff were very friendly. Overall a great place to stop and have a bite to eat if you have time to spare (even if you are not travelling). Compared to Swiss Chalet, the food is a bit bland, but overall a place I would eat at again.

Haven't eaten here in a few years and was very pleased when I ordered the five piece two person meal. The chicken came well prepared sitting on slices of toast to absorb the grease and it was extra crispy and ready to eat. The coleslaw side was fantastic and the cornbread was a true Southern delicacy.
