What a great little restaurant!! We were looking for a nice restaurant in Etobicoke to take my mother in law for Easter lunch yesterday and a friend suggested Vivo. We had the calamari which had some shrimp too and it was so good! We all shared some pizzas which were amazing! I had the spaghetti carbonara and another had the bolognese. Both were really good too! It’s a small restaurant but great flavours. We will definitely be back to try some other items!!

We were in the mood for some Italian food and boy was this the right place to go!It's a small restaurant with a lot of flavor. We decided to share a charcuterie board served with cuts of meat, cheese, bread and olives. They also accompany it with a tasty jar of spicy oil ( You can purchase this jar of spicy hot oil for $10 from them in the restaurant ). I ended up trying the gnocchi bolognese and literally felt like I was chewing nearly fresh potatoes. The texture was perfect, the flavor was fantastic and the bolognese was delicious. The three of us shared a tiramisu which I think could realistically feed 2 to 3 people. It was very soft and the hint of alcohol flavor was perfect. I hope when I go back I will be able to try the Nutella pizza, because it looked really good on the table beside us.The two women working that night were also wonderful. It was quite busy and the service was always efficient and friendly. It's also fun to watch the chef multitask 6 to 7 dishes at once at the front of the restaurant.I feel on a weekend you may want to call ahead to check availability. Either way, if you enjoy Italian food, this is a really great place to try.The coffee served here is also really really good. We noticed a few customers who would only come in for the espresso.

Went here for lunch on a Wednesday with friends, a new place to try out. It wasn't busy and we were seated right away. Cute place and light atmosphere.Lots of good choices on the menu. Server was polite and came by enough. Answered questions we had regarding dietary restrictions. We ordered the penne vodka, fettucini alfredo and pizza capriocciosa. Also ordered dessert which were the Blueberry cheesecake, Salted caramel cheesecake, and chocolate tartufo. We all throughly enjoyed our meals! They were delicious. 2 out of 3 of us had leftovers. Pizza was 6 slices, thin crust and flavourful. Pastas were filling. The Deserts were yummy. We left feeling satisfied. The only thing is they should update their website to reflect the prices on their menu. It's $2 more on their menu compared to the website with their items. Also, since it's a chain restaurant, there were a couple of items they didn't have when trying to order. The server said all the restaurants gets a standard menu regardless whether that item is available or not. It should be catered to what they have available at each location.Would recommend and would come back for other items I'd like to try in the future.

The issue I had was with the online menu every item is a higher price in store than what is listed online. Very disappointing when you call in an order for pick up then when you get there and find out there is a cost discrepancy all they say is sorry about that I will inform management.

A delicious meal if you're around Sherway for some Italian!Coming from Europe their pizza was very reminiscent of their origins, and I appreciated that taste very well! You don't need to call ahead for seats if you're being spontaneous, but it is a small restaurant so it may be wiser on weekends!

Tried this location over the others and disappointed. Portion is so much less than the other location - for that price of a pasta dish - come on - really? The location at North York costs less and portion size is not embarrassing like this location. Also, staff not friendly - It's drop off entree and never see them again until it's time to pay. Only 1 table besides mine, so no excuse. Will not go to this location again.
