Found a long hair in my burger. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go to this location every again, and by reading some reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one having issues like this. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary.

Today i ordered double cheese large combo with extra toppings and one spicy wrap which was fresh and hot. I would recommend everyone to visit wendys for fresh food.
Chocolate Strawberry Frosty are amazing addition to an already amazing menu.I will say the staff here are friendly but customers seem to have to wait long for their order. Much of the restaurant could use some repair. The booth seating have huge holes amongst other things and when the restaurant was clear of customers, the tables weren’t wiped down. The air conditioning was on very high.Students from a nearby High School may be the reason for the damage to the restaurant. It appears to be deliberate damage.

Plesse wendys do better to your customers, ordered from Uber eats and the food was not fresh, nuggets looked like they were heat up, fries half way full. Burger was not freshBeware of this locations they are rude and filthy and greedy with portions. This location needs to do better. Hire workers who can put effort and not laziness into their work franchise, you’re better off at McDonald’s next door with fresh food we deserve fresh food not sloppy stale food.

I ordered a large fries in the drive through and it was only 2/3 full. I didn't bother to go back, but I should have. When I went to drink my root beer, it was a diet Coke. Poor quality items and poor customer service. Very disappointing for a weekend at dinner time.
Idky why these people feel okay putting nasty letuce on my burger… like why bother and making your business look bad. Ya even messed up a baked potato … ? hard for me to process what this Wendy’s is doing . Saturday Dec 30 at 12 pm.

Had a beautiful experience with food.Yesterday I ordered 2 muffins I was confused what to eat today she suggested me to get a muffin so I ordered 2 Bacon egg and cheese muffin.i got fresh and hot muffins which I like the most and made my morning marvellous. Thanks to the lady who suggested me the muffins.

I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese in drive thru on Kipling ave store in rexdale. She entered sausage biscuit with egg. I had to go over what I wanted several times for her to get it right. I get home and I got biscuit with cheese and egg. How hard is it to take an order. These are entry level jobs. Not a lot required. So tired that they can't get an order correct.
