I went there to place my order, but I don’t know what’s wrong with your workers and also your manager they refused to give service to me, and there was a worker her name was Raveena she Told me I hate to give service for Muslim people. I don’t know you just gathering some Indian to work with you or broke your business. I swear to God I never buy anything from Wendy’s again .shame on the CEO of Wendy's that doesn’t have control on his worker.

Inconsistent pricing!!!!!Very simple math.Bacon mushroom burger. 8.29, combo 10.54. So pop + fries = 2.25!Chicken sandwich. 6.99, combo11.79. So pop + fries = 4.80!How come fries and pop are different value for each combo!!! NOT RIGHTThis is also same for other combos, all of them show different value for pop+fries!

Went in today after a long time to get food for my wife and was treated with disrespect from the manager working there, her name is Raman i believe. Ordered a burger with no patty and fries like i always do, after i had paid for the order an employee is telling me that we cannot do that, then the manager came to me and handed me the food and after that said we cannot do that again with complete disrespect. I didn’t understand why. Wendys should promote people with better communication skills and leadership skills if they are gonna be given leadership positions. Her tone was rude and unnecessary. I need to speak with higher management on why her (Raman’s) behaviour was rude and why wasn’t i given an explanation for why they cannot make my order the way i requested, like i have many times before. I got my refund and left. Awful experience and disrespectful management i dealt with todayPlease teach this person, manager or whatever her position is proper etiquette in communication

Great experience almost every time me or my significant other go there on the weekdays around 4:30pm. Great customer service and patience with them when others aren’t being as patient. Very helpful and kind workers at the times I go.

Ordered via drive thru, gentleman said to park by the drive thru exit as they are waiting for fresh nuggets. It’s been over 20 minutes and they’ve forgotten, terrible service.

The drive though consistently has difficulty with getting orders correct. Be sure to check for your requested items before leaving.When it comes to “freshness”(yes I know this Wendy’s we’re talking about), the food at the drive through is 50/50 for if it will be hot or not. Went here for lunch today with a large group of friends and I gotta say, it hit the spot like always. My burger (Son of baconator) was fresh and the fries were crispy. I didn't interact with the cashier but overall the staff seemed pretty friendly and the service was efficient and up to par for my standards. I There is a Tim Hortons connected to this place as well. I feel like I got good value for money spent and would as always recommend this spot to anyone hungry.Parking: Right outside the building, lots of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors that can open automatically, paved down curb.

Really bad customer service—who manages this place? Nevermind the fact they neglected to fulfill my order correctly (left out the fries in two combo meals in the drive through) but never a please or thank you or you are welcome while dealing with the drive through who handed me my order. “Drinks coming” was the only word said to me the whole interaction.
