The food is great!Wendy's & A&W are my fast food burger places of choice.Service has only been bad, in the sense that orders have been wrong.Atmosphere is great, but the Lobby/Dining Area is sometimes messy.
First time here since they renovated. The spicy chicken was hot and fresh. The fries were good as well. My only complaint is the self-serve drink station was out of many popular choices. Settled on something I wouldn't normally choose and didn't care for the taste at all.

Your typical Wendy's restaurant and menu. However, the young lady who waited on me at the counter was very friendly, happy, and customer service oriented. She actually came out from behind the counter when she knew I was having difficulties working the soda machine and later came by my table to see if everything was ok. This was a first for me at a fast food restaurant! What a pleasant surprise.
