I have never had a Wendys breakfast so I thought I would try it. The Baconater sandwich looked good, so I ordered one with a large white milk and a medium black coffee. The pleasant girl at the counter punched my order in and I noticed something about a potato dish in the instant that I saw my order on the screen, so when she handed me the bill, I checked it and sure enough, there was some potato thing on it. I pointed this out to the young lady taking my order, repeating my order a second time and she pleasantly told me she would correct it. When my order came, minus the coffee and the milk, sure enough, it came with these damned potatos! I once again repeated what I had ordered. Was she just not paying attention to me? An annoying experience. Am glad I did not go through the drive through only to discover a screwed up order a few kliks up the road......hate that!

Not bad little wait in drive thru but was served by a nice manager during the day on a Tuesday. She was very nice but thought the 8.69 was a 9.69 and tried to say the price was different. I was like this only says $8.69 did I get a discount? She was oh my no my eyes need new glasses we laughed. Had a pleasant experience although confusing at first. Very nice lady.Kid-friendliness: Please provide the daytime manager with benefits so she can get her new glasses and be amazing to help others. She was very nice and her eyes need them to do even more ? amazing

This is a brand new Wendy's. The location I would think we be hoping during the week. We went Sunday for lunch and there was only another couple. The service was fantastic. Went the extra mile. The lady with the red head needs a pay increase. Her service was excellent. She dropped off my chicken stripes that were freshly made and hubby asked if she had pepper she said yes and she could get it for him. He said no I can and she said are you sure it's no trouble. This is service at a fast food restaurant. Not the service I am used to. Keep it up. Thank you.

Disgusting service from staff look like they dont wanna work buddy you leave as so many people need job also first i ordered while ordering girl wasn't even listening or understanding properly secondly there should be two fries and they gave only one and the given fries is like you wont serve those to even animal uncooked not fresh at all hard like stone. owner of this place please work on service and food preparation

I ordered a double JBC.When I got to my location ready to eat my food, I opened up my soggy burger (the wrapping was all wet) and the bacon is burnt black, and the lettuce is rotten.I know the food is only $3.50, but rotten and burnt food is unacceptable in any food service.My first time at this location. I will not be back again.
