We ordered the veg burger new potato patty burger and they served the sausage burger whatever is non vegetarian which is totally unacceptable.my hubby took a bite and he said omg this no vegetarian than I bring my burger to counter crew said I will change for you . He took the burger back and give me vegetarian but told me I punched your order right but kitchen staff could see the screen properly can you please trained your staff so your guest will not suffered.i will not go back to this restaurant again .

In the past my experiences at this A&W have been great with friendly service. Today, it was anything but. Today, my husband and I stood for at least 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. The staff kept on taking drive thru orders walking past us while no one even looked our way or said “hello, just a minute.” We ended up leaving and looked out and there were just two cars in be drive thru. I can understand that we came after a busy time, but advise management 1) to staff their front counter, 2)not put emphasis on drive thru stats and 3) have a designated person to greet people people and set up expectations for orders. Will not be back or at least not for awhile.

A&w staff is great in exeter . So nice to see that they hire all ages they have a senior lady that is there and she is awesome at her job . And Justin is a great and friendly man . They both greet you with a smile and a friendly hello. I worked mcdonalds and come to a&w to see them and eat here. 100% love this a&

We did drive thru here yesterday and the woman’s voice was not understandable through her thick accent on top of the fact she couldn’t listen to our questions without speaking over us or assuming what we said. My husband asked if the mama burger had tomatoes and this person had a hard time interpreting our question? Maybe someone with more refined English could cover drive through just to avoid miscommunication. No hate to her that she was in that position. This is a management issue. Our fries we’re basically raw.. but the burgers and chicken sandwich were nice!

Don't order sweet potato fries from here. We got some, and it wasn't even busy at this time so I don't know how this happened, but they were cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. They were like eating a crunchy raw potato. Awful. If we hadn't already driven so far away I'd have gone back and gotten a refund.

I came in for breakfast as usual and it’s always clean and fresh in the morning. I ordered a Canadian breakfast which comes with coffee in a glass mug but the lady serving me said I can get whatever I want so I ordered a mocha, which she charged me for an extra mocha separately but I paid thinking it would be worth it, I could drink the coffee and take the mocha with me! But no coffee came and the mocha came in a to go cup. I really like the glass because I hate the plastic liners in the cup’s leaching into my drink. The mocha was very gross anyways so I didn’t ended up drinking anything at all. But the food was good and the service besides that miscommunication was good too.

I got a bacon cheese burger no pickles no sauce only ketchup and cheese but I got pickles and onions and sauce no bacon also it took 6 minutes to get this order workers sound like they don't wanna work there never going back here again
