Fries were inedible , probably sat for 1/2 hour under heat lamp. Burger had more condiments than burger. Too bad staff doesn't care about quality with the inflation. Too bad owner doesn't care about customer service ? JOKE . Will never return.... 0

Terrible service! We went to the drive-thru at 9:25pm where they told us they were no longer serving food. car full of hungry teenagers after their hockey game only to be told they can't eat! sign and website states they are open until 10pm.

We ordered a sandwich with no condiments, just plain... and it came with everything on it. And the chicken itself was so old it was hard as a rock in places. My husband couldn't even eat it. Staff was friendly and polite.

I ordered a cake from you on Sat. Oct. 1st. I give my best compliments to the person who decorated it. The cake exceeded my expectations and the birthday boy our puppy loved it too. I wish I could share a picture for all to see how wonderful the cake was. Thank you so much.Linda

Went through the drive thru with the wife tonight and got a couple blizzards in Exeter. On the drive thru sign it says served upside down or the next one is free. They didn't flip either of the Blizzard's over and when I asked for my free small Blizzard coupon the young lady said that they don't do that in drive thru and said she wouldn't honor what the sign says even after showing her the picture of what the sign says. (Picture shared below).I've been to many Dairy Queens and every single one flips the blizzard over and if they don't and you call them on it they will give you the small Blizzard coupon. So why is it only Exeter that doesn't do this and won't honor what is clearly stated on the sign?This also isn't the first time I have brought this up while getting a blizzard. Your teenage staff would rather argue then do their jobs properly or honor what dairy queen offers on their own menu when you ask them to.

This is a regular place we visit...just for the convenience... definitely not the attitudes we're given but we do get what we order. Our last visit a week ago I noticed the buffalo sauce used was different...but I know suppliers are getting harder to get items from.
