We had a wonderful dinner at Eddington's. We started with a potato bacon soup- creamy and so tasty! We had the chicken appleby- It was so tasty- lots of the yummy sauce and cheese that make it special. Our dessert was the Sticky Toffee Pudding. One of the best we have tasted. The wine was good= house pinot grigio. and the service was very good as well. Thanks so much!

I love going to Eddington's for a meal. Food is great, service is outstanding. But it is hit and miss with the noise level. Yesterday there was a group of 4 by the window that made the experience less than enjoyable, i think it would be OK if a server or the owner would ask them politely to keep it down. The food and service you never disappoints. We did find we were in a noisier corner than we were used this time. The menu has also been tightened up a bit. The item we chose were delicious. The flatbread appetizer was also very good.

Korean bowl and harvest bowl were great. Little awkward to eat out the tall Korean bowl, but the portions were really good. French onion soup was excellent.

Reserved table was ready upon arrival. Seated and served quickly. Meal was delicious, well-presented and good portion sizes. The large grated slivers (vs. very finely grated) parmesan cheese in Caesar salad was extra tasty. Staff very friendly and took excellent care of us. Noise level rated moderate but it did not interfere with our table conversation and was certainly acceptable given how busy the restaurant was.

It was a near-perfect evening. Our table was ready when we arrived, the service was excellent and the food was superb. The portions (trout and seafood chowder) were generous but not too large. We will be back.
