Bland chicken, tasteless gravy, pretty certain they are not using or are diluting the seasoning. Did not taste like kfc chicken at all. I recommend going to a different kfc.

The oil was old, and the chicken in the bucket was over done the popcorn chicken were hard as rocks. But of the last 3 KFC I have visited this seems to be the new norm .I used to love KFC, now I think I go to Popeyes .

I am never surprised at how terrible the chicken is here anymore. I don't know why. I do eat at KFC locations when I'm in London and they are great. Also I go there on Friday night at 8:45 and they are closed and the doors locked. It clearly says they are open until 9:00. The last time I was there they told me they only had dark chicken! Come on really. They could have made it right but that's what I got. 4 pieces of dark chicken. I don't recommend this location.

good takeout experience...fries were soggy tho..chicken sandwich was crispy and the chicken leg was undercooked a bit but my dog enjoyed it when I went in to visit Laurie in Hospice, either way....Nathan is my favorite KFC server as well....

They are open until 9 , but 7:30 they told us the dinning room already closed , the open sign is already turned off , most of the foods they told us is sold out ! We need a moment to discuss what we want ! The sale person giving us very bad attitude and we asking her are you guys closing , she said yes ! I think they don't want our businesses ! And feeling not welcome at all

Staff at Exeter store not helpful at all when ordering. Tried to order a free 6 piece "bucket on us" offer online to our sandwich combo and Friday special but they would not assist us with the order. We left and went next door to McDonald's and had a great tasty crispy chicken!! Lost a customer for ever!
