Wife had placed an order for delivery. The order wasn't delivered completed and we made this clear to the delivery driver which in turn he told us he would return in 30 mins after his next delivery. An hour had passed and we called in to ask where the rest of our order was to which the person who picked up the phone didn't speak english. Driver finally got the phone and said he would be there in 15 mins. 30 mins later, he finally showed up blaming traffic...we live in exeter not toronto so your excuse doesn't apply here.
