Service was absolutely amazing starting with the call to order subs for a 70th BDay party. She explained clearly what they offer and how it would be packaged for pickup. When I went to get the order yesterday everything was ready for me .. subs, all the sauces and toppings along with the necessary cutlery and napkins. Thank you for a great experience.

Hi so i went on subway on Aug 28,2023 I was very upset because the girl that was working today in Exeter did not wash her hands after sever one customs to the next on. Plus she does not let the sandwich toast all the way plus my sub that i got was all a missing in the wrapper. I was not Happy at all Please have a talk with your works on doing a better job

The is the best Subway we have ever visited! Amazing service! One of our Grand Bend trip highlights is stopping at this Sunway everytime. Really sad we didn't get the 2 ladies names that served us, but you know who you are. ? Thanks again. For the great service! From: The Kitchener Girls.

Don’t order the bbq brisket as I have had it at multiple other locations and loved it but at this one it was undercooked and just over all not cared for it was so greasy my sub was soggy and the brisket was stringy like it was bacon when it’s supposed to fall apart like pulled pork extremely disappointed as the manager just looked at me an said there was nothing she could do

I ordered a bbq brisket and the brisket my as well be raw it was stringy like bacon and left grease stains on the bread and so I politely asked for a different sub and the manger herself told me that’s how the brisket comes in their is nothing I can do and so I told her it’s not even edible and she told me yet again that there’s nothing she can do when she is the one supposed to be managing the restaurant absolutely ridiculous and I will not be back ever.
