OK I've been going to this location multiple times a day usually and I am yet to get a "large coffee with 3 cream with 2 ice cubes", the ice cubes mean you can drink it right away, I understand that the location is training for Pakistan which got "Tim Hortons" in 2021, I order the same thing all the time, I do not see what the issue is, they constantly just give me whatevers close to the window, today it is a black coffee..... if I wanted Starbucks I would expect black coffee. That's what makes Tim Horton different, thanks for the venting/rant....

I ordered a bagel very lightly butter , When I opened the bag in the car it was dripping with butter!..while we were trying to order food and coffee four Asian women were chatting in there language even the one serving us . I have no issues that they speak Asian , I have a problem that they were rude while we tried to order .I felt like I was in a nail shop!… shame on you them!

Had to wait in drive through for literally 20 minutes at the window. No service. No apologies either for the wait. Nothing. And our small order was wrong. It’s like this every time. Worst Tim Hortons in southern Ontario for sure.

Good morning. i would like some help with the Tim Hortons in Exeter. last night, i purchased a coffee and tea. the owner informed me that a 20-cent change is in effect for hot water if i wanted more water, and if I have a problem with that, my answer was no i don't drink tea but some people might seeing how you suply free hydro and internet. he also stated the other day that a young man who was with me picking up money outside came in spent it received change and left. ok, i said if he received change, i didn't see this money found outside is a bonus, and free . he started, it's not my property, my money ok the go pick it up you can't expect others to do it for you and bring it in . then he stated, "Your friend pushed an employee too. my question now was the police called or one of the panic buttons pushed every till (cash reg·is·ter) has one . may i please see the camera footage, too? i asked if this happened. . this is when i was told im not talking to you anymore, so leave. i asked why you started the conversation, and it isn't a free Democratic country. no, this is my store not in here outside is . well, outside A democratic country inside. Is communist I guess something is wrong.. we all left. I went back dec 26 after spending $7.90 I was told to get out since i didn't buy anything by the owner and im no longer welcome get out l asked why it doesn't matter he said don't come back if you do it's trespassing. I believe he doesn't like people who are disabled or don't agree with him too

If I could give a 0 stars I would.The child at the window taking payment and handing out drinks did not say 1 word to us, nd my candy came hot chocolate did not come with whipped cream and candy came pieces as advertised.Poor customer service and poor drinks. Go to McDonald's instead

Stopped in Exeter location for a coffee and tea (take out) and a couple of smile cookies.Seemed like a nice clean Tim's. Service was a bit slow but woman serving me was pleasant.
Oh boy, every time I order my coffee it taste like dirt. It’s never made right and the service now is very slow and to be honest rude. It’s just so very disappointing..

Stopped at the drive-thru on the way to London for coffee, ordered 2, my wifes with an extra cup because she has arthritis and the hot cup will burn her skin. Girls at the window had to speak to the manager because "we don't do this". I offered to pay for the second cup as we do at other Timmies and the manager came out. Needless to say he showed no concern or compassion and repeated " we don't do this" a little louder and with some attitude! Told them to cancel our order and we went to McDonalds just up the street.
