Yesterday I used the mobile app to place an order for pick up at this location while I was waiting for my vehicle to charge. When I arrived to pick up my order, the manager was friendly, welcoming, and addressed me quickly as he had a question about my order. My order was correct, freshly made, and tasted great. The other staff were polite and friendly as well. The place and bathrooms were clean. Overall happy with my time here!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. The staff were conducting personal interactions at the counter while completely ignoring us as customers. The fries were cold, the burgers were cold. Would not recommend
Where else can a couple of seniors get lunch with a free coffee for less than $10?….outstanding

So we stopped here on the way home from the beach Sept 3rd, 6pm. The service was seriously so slow. 15 min to take our order. My mother in-law went into the washroom and there was no toilet paper so she told some behind the counter and the guy went to a closet and brought out a roll and handed it to her.. Yeah not sure there was a lot of thinking on this one. Then she got him to actually install it in the washroom and when she was done there was no soap dispenser installed. I'm assuming this is also where the staff go to the washroom so... yeah no thanks. 2 salads one was a combo, it came out to $27 for SALADs.. like 50c worth of lettuce. Prices are too high for fast food and service is horrible. Wendys I swear has gone down hill. No matter what one we go to it's a MINIMUM of 20 min to get our food. Just go to a restaurant for these prices and level of service. We will never be going back to this place.
