This place is a hidden gem! The town is super cute and one of the best Indian food I have ever tasted. The staff was so accommodating and I placed a takeout order the day before. The take out was ready on time which is a huge bonus. My husband and I devoured the food. We had dinner for 4, which can easily feed 6 people. We got the shrimp curry, lamb madras, butter chicken, and paneer spinach with garlic naan. All the curries were so flavorful and well seasoned. The apps were amazing too! The pakoras were fried perfectly and the chutneys were packed with flavor. We would absolutely order again and so happy we found this place!

The dinner for two was EXCELLENT! The portions were perfect, the timing between courses were impeccable, and the service and ambiance were cheerful and welcoming. The chicken Kashmiri was delightful, the beef Vindaloo had the perfect balance of spice and tang, and the appetizers were a great complement to the meal.

I am so amazed by how perfect the aesthetics of the place is. I’m sorry we couldn't resist ourselves and started hogging on the delicious food instantly. Thank you so much. I don't think there could've been a better way to end our night. The first image is butter chicken poutine, second one is chicken biryani, third is goan fish curry and the fourth is butter paneer. Safe to say we’ve tried a vast variety and it was all nothing short of amazing. Thank you once again

We dined at Lotus Bistro recently and enjoyed the cosy atmosphere. The butter chicken was outstanding as well as Josh Rogan beef. We ordered medium spice which was the perfect blend of flavour and spice without one overpowering the other. The Lotus Bistro Light Lager was the perfect pairing with Kingfisher beer a close second. We will definitely return for both dine in and take out. What a great authentic find in the heart of Fenelon Falls. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

I've been here 4 times now and it has been great each time. The food is awesome. I lived in India for 4 years and to me, this is the most authentic Indian food outside of India! :)Everyone I have taken here has loved it too.
Decided to have take away on a moments notice and we were not disappointed. We had four different dishes and they were excellent as sharing plates. The lamb dopiaza and Chana masala were exceptionally tasty. The service could not have been more friendly, prompt and professional. Each dish was fresh and perfectly spiced and the homemade naan was a great compliment to the meal.

Wanted to have a delicious lunch in Fenelon Falls today. Tried the Lotus Indian Bistro and it was amazing. We ate lamb curry and shrimp curry with Naan and pompadoms. The spice was just perfect at medium. Very nice server named Vincent. Spoke to Naz the owner just briefly to compliment her cooking. The portions are generous and the beer was delicious. Will go back often for sure

Eat Indian regularly… wanted to try the place. Ordered take out, 2 butter chicken and 1 vindaloo all half full… very disappointing.. very poor value for spend..$125 for all 4 dishes w rice/naan.. $$$ ok, but not when containers are all half full.. naan Burnt, food tastes ok.. 7/10.. but can get far better Indian elsewhere for same spend… would not recommend at this time, they have some work to do.. value not there!
