As a retired couple we often picked up a morning coffee at McDonald’s or Tim Horton ‘s .One day we walked by A&W and decided to try something new. The inviting smile and greeting by Brandi and the busy hands in the kitchen of Yashvi and Ruby was our first glimpse of the place we now call our own. The place was spotless, the latte was the best we had tasted, the food was freshly prepared and delivered to our table quickly.After several weeks of the same experience and a dozen other friendly staffers, we knew we had discovered a gem.We know now that is not just the free trade coffee,the tasty food and the cleanliness of the restaurant.What makes the difference are the people behind the counter who greet us every morning with a broad smile and a friendly hello and they respond the same with everyone who walks through the door.It is part of our daily routine and my wife and I look forward to seeing our wonderful second family each day.Mike and Karin

The Fergus A&W is my go to for consistently perfect coffee and amazing customer service. The breakfast is always fresh and made to order. I love the teen burgers too! Rubal and all the staff are always super kind. If you have not visited this location you really should soon!

Friendly service. Nice to have food delivered to your table at a Fast Food location. The frosted mugs and reusable containers for fries are also good. Happy to have the Beyond Meat option. But expensive but if you use a coupon you save quite a bit.Vegetarian options: Beyond Meat patties can go on any burger type. Mozza Beyond Meat is tasty.
