“As a retired couple we often picked up a morning coffee at McDonald’s or Tim Horton ‘s .One day we walked by A&W and decided to try something new. The inviting smile and greeting by Brandi and the busy hands in the kitchen of Yashvi and Ruby was our first glimpse of the place we now call our own. The place was spotless, the latte was the best we had tasted, the food was freshly prepared and delivered to our table quickly.After several weeks of the same experience and a dozen other friendly staffers, we knew we had discovered a gem.We know now that is not just the free trade coffee,the tasty food and the cleanliness of the restaurant.What makes the difference are the people behind the counter who greet us every morning with a broad smile and a friendly hello and they respond the same with everyone who walks through the door.It is part of our daily routine and my wife and I look forward to seeing our wonderful second family each day.Mike and Karin“
“Great cozy location to settle in for a bite to eat and drink. This pub is exactly what you'd like for in a town like Fergus! ages of lore and stories, warm atmosphere and good service. My only take away was the food has never been something to brag about. if you're coming for a burger and a beer, it will do the job though. Ill be going back to try some more menu items and see if I can find a hidden gem.“
“We were leaving Fergus and looking for a breakfast choice, decided to come here. I always try and go where the local people eat. Not fancy but cozy. Efficient service and delicious breakfast. We had the "French Kiss" breakfast with 2 eggs, toast, bacon, home fries and French toast; perfectly cooked. Very reasonable price for the amount of food, coffee was great too. Highly recommended!“
“We stopped at the Wendy's in Fergus for lunch. We were hauling a trailer so I went in to order our meal to go. Instead of being given an order number they ask for your name. It was nice to be called by my name to pick up my order. A small personal touch that sets them apart from other fast food establishments. Thanks Wendy'sYou made my day?“
“I went to DQ in Fergus today, bought my Aunt a Cake, asked to write Happy Birthday, I noticed there were no decorations on the cake, my Aunt loves Pink Roses, I asked if they were able to add pink roses on the cake, a very kind young lady by the name of Rupinder said she would be happy to decorate the cake with pink roses for me....she went the extra mile and this will bring a smile to my Aunts Birthday, thanks again Rupinder!!“
“Finally open 24 hours again which is great. But they will screw up your order sometimes so you need to check it over. And often enough the fries are soggy or just not very hot, I wish they would be more diligent in making sure the food is hot, fresh and good.Like pretty much all McDonald's now they charge large amounts for additional toppings like lettuce and even mayo. A dollar for a single tiny tomato for example. Wendy's is much better value so I usually go there instead.“
“really sweet workers today who were attentive and friendly. I added on extra pickles and lettuce on my burger and actually got it, ? very happy (ecstatic even, I’m shaking in my seat). they usually give me the bare minimum at other locations.“
“I visited this Harvey's last week. They got renovated and this place looks really neat and clean at my every visit. Staff members are really friendly and helpful. Cashier named Simran took my order on my recent visit and she was very friendly and suggests me some really good items from menu. I bought buffalo poutine and Oreo shake. It was really good. Thank you Harvey’s for making my visit special every time.“
