Was in the drive through for 5-10 mins at exactly 12am. They are listed as 24 hours drive through. No one took my order and I drove around the front and I see everyone sitting drinking coffee.

I'm giving this particular McDonald's a straight up 50/50 because 50% of the time you get what you order as ordered, the staff are fabulous and its super fast, the other 50% percent there's at least one horrible factor making it an absolute disaster. Either cold food , terrible service times and or interactions with staff or not made as ordered 10% of the time it'll be a nightmare combination of some or all of the above. last night I got a 30 minute drive through time and a rude kid at the drive through window followed by a 20 minute wait in the go wait over there parking spots followed by some hard as rocks unsalted cold fries and sub par burgers ta boot. But that's what happens when you roll the dice at Fergus McDonald's

24 hours…kinda. I went there on my meal break 3:30 - 4:15 only for them to tell me that they’re closed from 3:30 to 4 to clean and change over. Then they serve their breakfast menu.At four.They serve their breakfast menu at four in the morning. No one is eating breakfast at four in the freaking morning. So i went back to work hungry and with a really sour taste in my mouth at this already poorly run location. Wish Wendys was 24 hours.

I keep getting grains in my coffee before work in morning seems to be doing it in early 5:30 starts from someone named Tammy and also I went through drive thru asked for 2 cheeseburgers charged me $6.76 I gave them $7 most days I leave a tip now they ask to donate and I do. But to charge me for 2 mayonnaise 50 cents is ridiculous boycott this McDonald's it's the only one who's charged me for mayonnaise packet which should be offered like ketchup to fries. Acting manager mukshdeep said we always charge for it when she hasn't even been there a month. I been going here 10+ years not anymore after that. Boycott time people.

Don't go here they are always in a rush and the bagels are always cold and barely toasted. It's not a drive thru but more of a park thru. Do yourself a favor and go to another
