Ordered on KFCs website for a pickup ($19.20), only to find out that the store closed way before the order was accepted. I called the number that was showing on the app and they told me to visit in the morning. Visited in the morning, and was told they will try to get a refund for the order, which I never got. Completely unprofessional. Would never visit this location again.

We are skip the dishes, uber and when we came here always same senario and no customer serivies . We always wait for 25-30 mints in every order.so please take some action against them because honestly speaking we dont want to come here to pick the order..

Riya was exceptionally helpful with all my questions and changes that i wanted to make, the zinger burger is always so good and everyone is super friendly and nothing but smiles from the staff. Come here if your not sure on what to do for dinnerWheelchair accessibility: Designated seating and wide hallways double doors and accessibility buttons light up for easy sight, huge lobby floor makes for easy navigation

Went to grab a quick bite between clients.After already leaving one KFC in Dundas earlier Sunday afternoon due to poor customer service experience ( standing at counter without being acknowledged by staff and leaving empty handed) I was still trying to satisfy my craving for a big crunch sandwich. I wish I had not bothered.I ordered a big crunch combo. The soda machine here has cream soda not orange crush. When I asked the server if the takeout machine at drive thru had orange soda he said no. He refused to get my drink from the take out machine. Sometimes you just want what you want but unfortunately you won't find it at this location. As I waited for my order ( about 10 minutes) I saw evidence of rats ? a greasy trail around the garbage bin.The bathroom was also filthy definitely a stand to pee type of situation.When I finally received the food that was also a huge disappointment. Cold poutine, cold fries, tepid gravy, no fork in bag. Was I supposed to eat this glutinous glob with my hands? Had to go back inside and ask for a fork. Cold chicken fat popcorn chicken made me want to barf.The big crunch was hot and fresh but the lettuce they put on top brown and wilted.Knowing the risk of foid poisoning involved I risked it and ate it any way.I saved a life today by not venturing back in to complain. Over all rating ??? three barfs.Disgusting and disgusted. From now on will only bother with the Lundy's Lane location next to Shopper's it has been consistently hot at the very least. F U KFC

Ordered the 6 piece tenders and 6 piece original, the sides that came with the meal were embarrassingly small. The chicken it's self was beyond greasy, just an overall letdown, That being said, the service was quick and friendly as reflected in the rating.Wheelchair accessibility: 2 entry points with wheelchair access from the parking lot.

We went there at 8pm waited at least 10 minutes for someone take our order. A lady came up to me and said they are closing soon so they only have 3 pieces of chicken left. What kind of KFC doesn’t have enough chicken. Isn’t that there signature item?They still had 2 hours to close and they said they are not making any more chicken.Doesn’t recommend at all.Please don’t open the store if you can’t serve the guest.

This is the slowest service in all of Fort Erie. Don't go here unless you have time to kill, because it's a miracle if you get your food in under 20 minutes. Make sure to check and see if your order is right too because that's another thing this restaurant is terrible at, filling orders accurately.
