It was a nice atmosphere, and the service was really good and they wherealways smiling and cheerful, the food I had was a slice of Hawaiian pizza and 6 hot wings, the slice was really good and the wings were just right with sauce amount smd spice.Different ordering time: i was ordering food and the lady that was taking my order didnt understand me speaking english and i had a hard time understanding her language, and once i was finally able to get my order placed she goes and tells me that their not deleivering anymore, meanwhile if she didnt take 15 mimutes taking ny order i would have had dinner tonight and not have nothing to eat before i go to sleep, the worst experience i have ever dealt with in a long time, easily could have had it deleivered to me somce i called before they dont deliver, and last time i checked delivery goes till they closed, i still had a half hour before they closed ffs, oh and then she hangs up on me without any apology, the rudest place, terrible experience

I walked in and ordered two slices of pizza, and paid $18.76.Parking: My mom, myself and Buddy got a free parking space for Pizza Pizza, and ate slices of pizza for us, and shared crust for Buddy.
Delivery was late and he forgot the dipping sauces which took him another 25 minutes to bring I had to go to the store myself and then the driver had the audacity to get mad at me swore at me on the phone...I called which took me almost an hour for the lady to tell me she would send in a complaint. I paid 40$ for a pizza that was undercooked/late/ and had forgotten items...should have been refunded for the whole order. Never ordering from here again.

The Stromboli's are absolutely amazing and so filling. Delivery driver is also a great guy always polite and friendly.

If you see the menu pictures it will make you eat forever but in reality this sandwich cost me over $14 dollars and it does not look like what they offer on the menu and definitely not worth it. Creamy double chicken sandwich. I will never purchase this again.

My partner and I ordered our order at 10:14 on the app. We waited 45 mins before we called head office to see where our food was. The guy on the phone put us on hold and called the fort Erie store to see what was going on. He came back and told us that they were just packing it up and they’d be leaving in a few mins and that we would get our money back within 3-5 business days. Okay, fine. We’ll 45 mins turned into 1 hr and 40 mins. They never showed up so my partner just went to go pick it up as it was now 11:30. Al of a sudden a car pulls into the driveway and it was the delivery guy and my partner was right behind him. Apparently they were having issues with the computer technology or whatever. And that would have been okay if they would have just called us to let us know why they were so late instead of letting us just sit there at home wondering where our food was. The food we ordered was fine, it was hot and cooked correctly. But the wait time was ridiculous, they have our number and they could have called us to let us know why. I’m not sure how much more we will be ordering from here, as everyone we do order from here we always have an issue..

Don’t buy. Not only they didn’t understand your order and you end up paying much more but also can’t admit to their mistake and at least apologize. Blame is on us never on them.
