I’m from Dunnville . It’s 1 hours drive from this Tim . Early morning 6 am I’m reach here . And I’m waiting for my wife then we plan for coffee. After 2-3 minutes one of staff person her name is Sam. She ask me if you sit in Tim so order something otherwise you go. Behaviour is very rude. Worst experience . then i take one FV Medium. And i level

Make sure the servers read your order back to you and that any discounts have been applied from the app.Was rushed into completing my order and paying full non-discounted price. I was heading to a meeting and didn't have time to discuss who was right or wrong. Suffice it to say, they never admitted any fault.Super frustrating!

the staff behaviour was very poor i was a dasher doing my job there was a white lady i don’t know his name but the way of talking was very rude and that was a such a rude behaviour that i would never ever accept the order again from this tim hortons and it was totally un acceptable behaviour at all . the incident timings are for today itself at afternoon 2:15 pm and it’s look like a racisim i would never suggest anyone come to this tim hortons untill that white lady works here .
