A great historic spot serving awesome beers. 5 house brews and some guest taps ensure there’s something for every beer enthusiast. They also offer other great choices for the non-beer drinkers in your group. Earl was excellent in explaining the history of the building, the choices of beers and answered all our questions enthusiastically. They don’t serve food but allow any outside food to brought in and consumed on premises. They even have the choices of nearby restaurants listed… If you’re in Gananoque and love beer… be sure to pop in… you won’t be disappointed!Parking: There are spots in and around the street where the brewery is located as well as a parking lot across the street for a few other cars.

I’m from Toronto and was vacationing in Gananoque with the family. I love beer and decided to try the Gan Brewery. Earl served us and made our visit enjoyable and memorable. Beers were delicious and service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend visiting this place. I will definitely be stopping by next time I visit Gananoque.

Josh was so friendly and very helpful with recommendations. He definitely made our night! Free popcorn with our drinks too! The place welcomes you to bring your own food as well, to enjoy with their beers. We enjoyed all the brews on tap, but the Stout was our favorite. At the end of the night, Josh even let us ring the bell in the bell tower! Great experience!

First off, this is not a pub ,but literally a brew house. That means the food is popcorn and packaged snacks, you are going to taste the beer! Flights were good and if you are more of a one and done. There are quick tasting glasses. Great atmosphere and a good way to spend a weekend evening with the live singing.

Absolutely fantastic service by Josh. We held a Birthday Party with our own BBQ and it was fantastic. Great location. The indoor heaters are wonderful. Would ? percent recommend this spot.Kid-friendliness: There is free popcorn ? to snack on and some board games for adults & kids to use.

Beautiful old building that was converted into a brewery.The beer made here was familiar to me, being served in pubs around Ontario, but tasted better at the source, I think.The view from the smallish patio was nice, facing the central town park.Not to be missed if you are in Gananoque.
