The employees are great! hard working, and kind. But the new owners, Nathan and Kylee, have ruined the place. They took away all the original employees hours, so that the employees they brought from kingston can get more hours. The employees from kingston think they own the place, and the original employees are their slaves. We need the old owner back, B everyone misses you!
No staff - therefore, no service. Starbucks is just down the road. An extra dollar for your coffee, but your time is valuable. Use to be great.If the drive-through is closed , you know there are no staff at all.

We reached at the Tim Hortons at 0830 pm after a very tiring journey and ordered few drinks and some baggles. But we were told rhat owners told not to server after 0830. We requested that if we can be provided baggles as such because there were ample stuff available. However the manager turned down our the request.One question still remains what will.happen to the food in diaplay counter?
