Terrible customer service. They messed up our order and refused to refund our money, when they couldn’t replace the order with hot food as they had shut down their equipment. The Buffalo sandwich came with a huge piece of lettuce butt that just ruined the overall experience.They even had their dine in shut down by 9PM when the store officially closes at 10PM. It was a major inconvenience to sit in the car and have dinner when we came in to dine in based on the hours on Google.Ive been to other Mary Brown’s and this is by far the worst.Overall, hugely disappointed. Never going here again.

Quality deteriotating. Had 9 piece meal a few days ago at Georgetown franchise, which only had 1 breast, the rest was tighs, drumsticks and wings ( and price is significantly up). Have had much better quality in the past. Will switch back to KFC across the street.
Second year in a row where I ordered through the App for pick up after the Santa Claus parade, food was ready, warm and all accounted for when I got there. Great tasting, macaroni side could have been larger and would have liked to see more chicken on the bones. Some pieces were a lot of bone not much meat hidden by breading.

Food is either over cooked or undercooked. I order online, choose my time, and still wait for almost a half hour after I arrive at my allotted time. Staff doesn't care and doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk in. But yet people ord ring through walk in or drive thru get priority on their meals. Fat from convenient.Not sure why I keep going back

I’m surprised that a franchise of this size still operates like this. Fast service is probably the only reason anyone would come here, especially in the drive through. I was in a rush and ordered and waited 20 mins in the parking lot to get my food. Not only was I late for my plans after, the food was terrible as well. Definitely never coming back here ever again, mary browns corporate should really audit this location and consider closing it down as It is ruining their brand name.

Food quality has dropped DRASTICALLY! stop trying to cheap out!!I was a regular customer but it keep getting worse each time. This time we have had enough. There are other places to go in town for good food for LESS $$!!It's getting like Popeyes!!
