I go there for an order. We waited there for almost 30 minutes. There were around 7 people but they didn’t listen to us and doing their own stuff. Also after 30 min they didn’t take our order. Very bad experience of customer service

85% of the worlds population is lactose intolerant and they only have cream based soups “at this location”. I will go to one of the ones that is owned by a different owner I guess. The hospital has better reviews - people would rather risk getting sick then visit yours

Waited over 20 minutes for a farmers wrap after they messed up the order once. Kept saying “2 minutes” until it would be ready, turns out it was indeed not 2 minutes.

The person taking my order in drive thru was friendly enough, and genuinely felt bad having to say " sorry we don't have that" 3 times!!! There were things being advertised on the menu board that were no longer available.

This location always gives me a very bad experience with my orders, sometimes the food is not fresh, beverages are just average and many times missing some item in my order when doing drive thru pick up, a dip is missing or they made a sandwich on another item than ordered . This is the nearest location to my house, I have now opted to drive a little far and go to another location.
We were at drive through and the girl who was taking our order was extremely rude. We just asked her if she can make our tea bit hot but she said how can i make it hot? I don’t have a microwave or pot to make it hot I can’t do it. The way she said it was extremely rude.After calling 2 times at the store Jasleen picked up the call and said this will not happen again and she will talk to her.But still what kind of service you guys are providing???This is very disappointing
