My order was taken and I had to step aside a wait for my toasted bagel. I watched 4 other people get there order taken and some had to wait like me. well by the 5th person my bagel was ready, I watched the guy behind the counter give my bagel to the 4th person after me. I told him he gave my bagel away, and he totally ignored me until the cashier heard me. I seen the 4th person open the bagel wrapper by the time he got to the 4th person, to inform her that he gave her the wrong bagel. He then tried to give me the same bagel that the women opened. had to tell the guy behind the counter 3 times I didn't want it because I seen her open it. If Tim Horton's will not take a wrong coffee back, why should I have to have ask 3 times for a new bagel after some random person touched it. Who knows what's on peoples hands

I just bought 3 Raisin Bran muffins from this location and got to say each are hard as rocks. I am really disappointed with Tim’s product. Come on guys Staff should remove them at the least! $7 wasted. Probably cost me more in gas to bring them back.

Ordered the Chili Bowl through the drive-thru. When I opened the bag the bun was just thrown inside with filthy butters and cutlery. How unsanitary is that esp with Covid still an issue.It's been like that for about a year or two. Now that I've seen someone's complaint in the reviews maybe it's because they don't put the right ingredients in your coffee. Although I still think something's changed in the coffee itself.
