While placing the order Manager name charan came to help the girl and asked me what the order and i said farmers egg and cheese on 12 grain and she punched only egg and cheese so I corrected her, she started arguing that I didn’t said it right first time? it was really disappointing that Manager can do childish behaviour Girl who was taking my order was really nice and said Sorry too

The ladies in the morning shift are very prompt with taking orders and ensuring food made such as wraps and soup is of highest quality and appearance. I have no issues with these employees whatsoever. However, the evening employees are absolutely incompetent. I as well as numerous other customers have complained that these employees are always seen talking in the back with a line building up in the front. Yesterday I had gone to get a chicken noddle soup of which 70% of the soup was simply chicken gravy. It was disgusting to see the oil ridges and chunks of meat in my soup that had not been cut properly. I will be letting my neighbors on Danby know about this food quality issue and the horrible customer service in the evening time. Ridiculous.

I have been ordering Dark roast double double since one month & every time the tste of the coffee is getting bad to worst. They keep changing the staff all the time. May to save cost their quality is getting worst.

I ordered crispy sandwich they charged for extra sauce but they didn’t put extra sauce in my sandwich, the thing is we already wait too long in drive through and they are not complete our order properly when we tale our order and going back how can we come again for complaint and wait again in the row they should make order carefully ?

The ladies in the morning are amazing. However the employees at night are awful. I waited 30 minutes for a coffee and there was only 2 people in front of me. 1 of the men in front of me said he had been waiting 10 minutes at the counter for someone to even take his order. Staff members are seen in the back talking while people are waiting at the front. It’s just bad service at this tims anytime after 4. Take ur business elsewhere
