“If you are looking for a place to enjoy delicious wings and a cozy pub atmosphere, look no further than Lunergans Pub on Montreal road. This is my new favourite spot for a satisfying meal and a relaxing drink. The pub has an old school vibe that makes you feel at home, with no pretentiousness or frills. The service is friendly, down to earth, and efficient. You can pretty much seat yourself and Terry took good care of us :) The wings are the best I've ever had, crispy, juicy, and flavorful and they have a variety of sauces to choose from. The prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend Lunergans Pub to anyone who loves wings and a good time.“

“I came in one day while my dog was getting a surgery a few units over, the wings were delicious and presented very nicely, I would have to say the nicest I have ever seen wings presented ,the lady at the cash was very friendly and the environment was pretty friendly too , although I am a little dissapointed that there closed until further notice, I had just tried to go back and was unsuccessful hopefully they open back up soon. Cheers“
“Great place!! Went for the first time this weekend. Wasn’t sure how it would be as the outside is fairly plan. It’s smaller inside but very welcoming. I had a lot of fun on the open mic night. The staff and patrons were super friendly. I had a blast.Ordered mozza sticks, zucchini and fried pickles, which mixed nicely with the drinks! Will definitely go back! The only thing that could make this place perfect is if they set up a little outdoor patio in the summer! Would be nice to sit outside with friends and have drinks!“

“Neighbourhood pub feel. Service is professional and high quality. A large variety of beer and scotch. A varied menu including pub fare, salads, entrees like salmon and fish & chips. “Regulars” make the place very friendly. Sports or major events are always on the large screen televisions. A regular “hang-out” for groups. Great pub to drop in for a drink, get take-out.Parking: Parking always available there or very nearby.“

“Very enjoyable experience. Service was out of this world good. We had the nachos and split a club sandwich platter. The nachos came fully loaded and were oh so cheesy. The club was what you would expect from a top notch pub. Long list of beers on tap.“

“Amazing staff, super friendly, and ready to help without being pushy or overbearing. The menu is varied, fairly priced and the pizza especially is *chefs kiss*. Popular enough the taps are always fresh and something new to try frequently. Love coming for a drink and meal enough it's becoming a regular haunt.“

“We came in here from out of town with our kids and had nothing short of amazing service. Our server Chloe was lovely and amazing with kids, she went above and beyond to make our experience great. She told us she was fairly new but she clearly put in work to be knowledgeable about the restaurant/menu as she was wonderful. 10/10 recommend this place and will be coming back next time we visit Ottawa, thanks for welcoming us Chloe!“

“Had the chance to try out this place due to a year end team event at work. As a big fan of goat cheese, I ordered the goatee burger and I think this is the best burger I've tried in Ottawa so far. The beef patty is tender and juicy. The chef did a great job. The bread is soft and nice too. Every bite of the burger is addicting. I give it a 4.5/5 overall.“

She alone made me want to go back.I've been trying different places to work outside of the house. I'll definitely go back to this place. The onion rings were great.“

“This is the best pub and patio in Ottawa, bar none (no pun intended). it is the quintessential neighbourhood pub. The staff is generally friendly and courteous. If I have a quibble, it is that their menu is very limited. After a few visits, not much choice left. We are promised a new menu. but so far nothing. A shame.“

“You honestly can't beat Patty's when it comes to good food, great crowd and the best family runned business in Ottawa. Choose anything on the menu and you will be satisfied. Their beer is locally brewed and a staple in this city. Don't look any further. Make your way down to Patty's whenever you get the chance!!“

“Great pub. My fiancée and I have been travelling around Canada and we're looking for somewhere to watch the rugby world cup. O'Gradys had it on and we really enjoyed our visit. Food was great as was the beers. And the company we met there was even better. Would definitely recommend!!“

“Only went for their desserts one night, so I can’t say much about their regular dishes, but the desserts are absolutely delicious!!Highly recommend the dulce de leche cake if you enjoy a chocolatey caramel cake! The blueberry cheesecake was also great but didn’t stand out compared to the dulce de leche.“

“Overall a great pub in Ottawa's little Italy. Awesome selection of beer. We were there with a large group and the waitresses were on top of everyone's orders. My only negative is, it was a little small for a large group, but that said, it was still a good experience overall.Parking: It's a busy area so it may be a short walk from the restaurant.“

“Great service! I ordered the house’s Barley Mow burger & it was incredibly the best I ever had. All sorts of extra flavours were present even compared to my homemade gourmet burgers. What got me was how the bun was so light & fluffy, it melted in my mouth. Of course, their home-cut fries were far superior than other places that cook from frozen. I recommend it!“

“Tavern on the Falls is a must-visit if you're in Ottawa, especially during the summer. It's all about the atmosphere and the scenic views. As the name suggests, it overlooks the falls, providing a stunning backdrop for a relaxing evening out.The vibe here is absolutely fantastic, with good music setting the perfect tone for a chill night. Do remember to bring a jacket though, as it can get a bit chilly. While it's a seasonal spot usually closed during the winter, it's definitely a summer highlight. The food menu is decent with a variety of options, but keep in mind that the serving sizes are on the conservative side. A standout for me is their Kimchi Caesar drink – it's a unique twist and absolutely delicious. It's a place I find myself drawn back to, primarily for the great atmosphere and those unbeatable views.“

“Cheap food, cheap beers, pretty good spot if you live in the area and just wanna grab a drink with some friends. It's nothing totally impressive but that's not the point, it feels more homely than anything. You're there for the drinks and company, and you can't beat the pricing. Their events can be a good time too.“

“We ate at Hunter’ last Friday. As usual the food is excellent, every one in our party loved it. I ordered ratatouille. Great dissatisfaction, and I was disappointed. I was not served ratatouille…. But a kind of baked casserole , which was hot and tasty but nothing like ratatouille. Ratatouille is a dish from Provence. It is a vegetable stew consisting of onions, tomatoes, aubergine, courgette and peppers. Lots of basil and herbs to give it the aroma of Southern France. No leftovers of smashed potatoes which filled up the bowl that I was served. Go to France to taste it but keep on going to Hunter’s for poutine and please serve all your smashed potatoes. Don’t keep them for ratatouille.“
