I just came back from picking up pizza from the store. The person working there told my husband in a rude manner that they close at 9pm but online it says they close at 10pm. Why would online say different !? Please update your times on the website so there’s no confusion. Get it together.

Order from here all the time. Delivery is always on time with what they say. Food is always amazing. The delivery guy is also very friendly and I always tip him well. Especially when the weather is bad. Never a bad experience. I wish they had better flavors for their wings though. That would be my only complaint.

Very tasty food yeah, but editing this today not happy. Again, 4.80 for a pizza roll anf when i got it it was flat. I looked inside, and the only sauce i saw was at the bottom, and there wasnt much even there.

We had ordered from this location in the past...last time we ordered the bill was 72.00 dollars the pizza and the bacon Chazz loaf was burt too the point were you couldn't eat it..sent a message with no reply back..never again!

Well you've just lost a loyal customer of 7 years. Nothing wrong with the pizza but twice in the last few months, there was a problem with our order. The first time the order was very late and wrong. 2nd delivery , still wrong. When the 3rd order was finally delivered close to 10 pm, it was still wrong. The girl on the phone was totally useless and snippy. I'd give her a -10 for customer service.The second time was 2 nights ago. I ordered pizza at 6:20. When I called around 7:30 to find out where it was, I was told that it was scheduled to go out for 8 pm. When I placed the order she told me that it would be on the 7 pm delivery. We live just around the corner so we're usually the first delivery. Anyways, this girl argued with me, did not accept any responsibility and hung up on me twice. I'm sure it was the same girl in both instances. I will never order from New Orleans Pizza again unless this girl no longer works there or is never allowed to answer the phone. It's a shame because we've always enjoyed the pizza and we've never had any problems until recently.
First timer & Last timer here! I want so bad to give benefit of doubt considering pizza place in July, on a Friday in Grand Bend. However, this was an awful experience & food. Walked in 4:45pm to order 2 pizzas and garlic bread. Employee shared "we don't sell garlic bread so I'm not sure what you are looking at". Umm the menu board says Garlic Bread. Not great first experience. I did patiently wait for 45 minutes after I was told 20 but really no big deal. However, get back to cottage and it's the wrong pizza.. drive back after calling. Exchanged the pizza for proper one.Lastly, more disappointing than what I've listed is the pizza/bread was not good. Extremely well done. The crust on bottom of pizza pretty much black and the cheese on too also burnt.Tough dinner for our group. We ate what we could but resorted to hotdogs.
