UNSAFE, UNSANITARY, DIRTY.The premises is dirty and should be closed down immediately. Simply go to Niagara public health-health inspections. Constant investigations for "not in compliance"When brought too the attention of the GM "Sam" We were told they cant do anything about it and they make money on alcohol sales, hence why they are now open until 2:00am. She also indicated it's for SALEYou have been warned, be careful.See attached photo's.

This is what you call french onion soup. 2 slices little squares of onion 2 pieces if bread and maybe half a teaspoon of shredded cheese. All broth and cold. I have pictures but dont know how to post here.

I felt bad for the hostess, I don't know if she was having a bad day or she just hated her life, but what a way to get greeted right before eating. The waitress started off well and fine but then the tables started to fill up and I think she may have been alone for the evening so getting the bill or anything after the initial order wad real hard.The food was not bad - can't go super wrong with salt and pepper dry wings, although I do wish BP had more flavors to choose from.Overall I don't come to BP for first class service, but wouldn't mind some kindness.

It was always a good time at Boston Pizza, but this time, eating chicken mac and cheese, I got food poisoning and had to immediately unsure what that was.
Putting 2 star Just for Food, I was totally disappointed with service. I was at this location on Valentines Day evening I did Tipped on Bill but Not as much as lady Expected First of all not everyone is Too rich to Tipp her on what her expectations were after taking bill she rudely came and told on my face this is not amount I should I Tipp her she deserves more. First of all after been on table for more than 20-25 Mins she came to take order even after Looking and calling her to place order she was going to different tables and She expected me to to Tipp her more. I Did put Tipp but as Per her expectations. I understand everyone is going through tough face but It's not a good behavior or customer service to tell someone on face about why they Tipped less. I wish I knew her name to put here.Never going at thus location again All other Boston have been amazing but not this.

Great place, but they get 1 star off due to the evening kitchen crew who doesn't seem to care as much on the quality of food. Most time dry. Over cooked. Or missing items. Also small amount of fries. There is more fries in a small size at McDonald's which is not ok when you're paying $22 for a sandwich and fries.

My husband and I had dinner here on Saturday. We were kind of in a rush and the service came right away. We ordered an appetizer and a pizza.When the appetizer came, we realized they didn’t ask us if we wanted chicken or shrimp and because we don’t eat the chicken we had to return it. They were incredibly kind and gracious about it, and without us even asking, they gave us a new dish on the house. The pizza came fresh and delicious and the service was quick because we were pro For time. They were friendly and kind and we will definitely be back to this location.Every time we have the pizza, it taste the same there isn’t any difference and that’s why we love it.The dough is crispy and fresh and the sauce is Jean and the veggies were crisp and equally distributed.Thank you for providing good service in this day and age when we don’t see it that often.
