Ordered 2 pizzas and wings tonight. Pizza was ok, but the wings were so dry and normally we get 10 wings but we only counted 8 and they were somewhat tiny & burned. I'm not normally one to complain, but definitely not worth the money I paid. Not sure if I would order from here again or not...$58 for a medium & large pizza and 8 wings is a bit overpriced. Guess the prices on the menu vary? We were charged more than what's posted on the menu!

The best pizza and wings I have had in a long time this is my go to place from now on James is very Passionate about his food and how he makes it! It’s the comfort food and it’s made right! I live in Thornhill and swear by this place he makes it better than New York does and he knows his stuff. Brother James keep it up you are doing a great job and I will always come to support you.

Worth the drive from Thornhill !!!OMG no need to drive to Niagara Falls NY for cup and char pizza.James’s pizza is the closest thing to our beloved ‘Bianco’ pizza. They use the Master Chris Bianco’s sauce and Cup and Char pepperoni from the USA.Plus you can buy the famous Mike’s Hot Honey from the USA - cheaper than going State Side!Pay a little more for quality ! NO regrets.We brought it home and popped in the Air Fryer. It was perfect.And the wings were also 5 star, fresh not frozen.Thank you soooo much!It was so nice to meet you James !You pay attention to every detail - really appreciated you chatting with us today ???

Update: These guys are wonderful and truly blew my mind with service. I left a negative review (read below) after receiving some bad orders and James, as well as the other staff, were unbelievably legit about reaching out and correcting things, in ways I never would've expected. I'm confident that the mistakes in my previous orders were mistakes and not something to expect. New fav local restaurant for sure, and I'm excited to try new things from them knowing I can trust the service. Though lets be real, the chicken parm kept me coming back either way ?Thank you guys!Previous review: 2 starsI really want to like this place.. when they're good they're great. But I've ordered 3 times now and every time the food is completely different! Twice now with core parts of dishes completely missing. My chicken parmesan (that is supposed to be loaded with cheese) has no cheese on it at all... I ordered a sandwich the other day that was supposed to have red pepper, tomato, spinach, meat, cheese but it only came with the meat and cheese.My first meal was great, so I'm really disappointed at how outright lazy the next two have been. How can you forget the cheese on chicken parm? I liked my first meal but if 2/3 are this bad I don't think I can keep buying, even with the discounts I'm getting through Skip the Dishes.

To start, the pizza was phenomenal. For example, the crust was one of the best I’ve ever had. The toppings I had were delightful. The service there was impeccable. I came all the way from Brantford, and it was so worth it.

I was quite impressed by the service of Caleb and Takoda. They are quite the friendly chaps. The service was exquisite. I would definitely come again, as it is in my top 3 pizza that I have ever had. The sauce was not too much and there was just enough salt to satisfy my savoury appetite. Please bring your friends as the (x-tra large) pizza is massive and is great for sharing. I am from out of town and felt just at home with lovely service and a clean environment.
