I am more than a regular customer at this location, there almost everyday.Heather, the one employee is always so slow and always seems extremely confused. This morning I bought a pack of cookies like I always do, and they rang up at double the price. I told her that wasn’t correct and she proceeded to call me a liar…$6.49 for a 6 pack of cookies that is normally $3.29….I didn’t have time to argue with her again for over charging me so I paid and went to leave…then she yells at me that I was right…too many times I’ve been over charged at this location over the years.Most of the other staff are great, but there are two employees that you’d expect to have a clue after a couple years but they don’t, and they do not care.

I’ve ordered here a few times and they always forget things and they never call if they don’t have something. And if I call they tell me to go in the next day and so I do but then they say we can’t help you. I’m so done my orders are usually simple and small. Just get it right.

Night crew is amazing. An extremely aggressive and racist customer was yelling obscenities at them (over a hotdog…) and they both held it together.

Needed Gas today. Was paying with cash. I had no idea how much it would take. I gave the girl $50. It was $48.75 so I had to go back in for change. No receipt was given and no Petro Points.

They are pulling some kind of scam for uber eats orders. I get an offer to get convenience store items with a discount. So I picked this 7-11 location. When I arrive to pick up my order, the female cashier claims they dont have internet so go to uber to get a refund. They mark the order has been completed hours later so now uber things Im trying to scam them. What a horrible experience. If you really need the groceries that bad to scam me out of it, then so be it. I wont be coming back here ever again or for the Petro gas.

They constantly cancel uber deliveries. If you dont have the staff to fulfill orders dont offer delivery. Waiting 3 hours and got canceled on 3 times.

Terrible place. Don't train there employees. Was buying chips 2 for $7 and the lady at till had no clue. Played stupid the whole time. Didn't want to do anything but give money back until I went and got sign and showed her and she got another employee from back to help out. When you come to this country learn English and don't play d*** with customers.

BEST 7 11 IN TOWN MY GUY MADE ME FRESH TAQUITOS WHERE THE ONE ON SPEED VALE TURNS THERE FOOD OFF AT 2 AM MY GUY WAS SUPER FRIENDLY WILL COME HERE FROM NOW ON HES A G AND THE SLURPEE LS ARE MIXED PROPER
