Too many things were out of order/broken, we never got to use anything and when asked to be refunded it was rejected. The staff seemed annoyed when interacted with, crummy mumble rap is played all night, and the "manager" could give a damn. Ladies bathroom was the coolest part. Game Over!

Hosted a welcome party for our wedding here and the space is great! Communication was a bit tough at the beginning, but I think that’s just because private events aren’t their typical type of business. Overall, our guests had lots of fun! Food, drinks, and pricing were good!

Horrible experience. My buddy and my brother went to the bad luck bar on a Sunday for karaoke, at first it looked fun well we were watching a few karaoke performances and had some drinks, but then we were in the corner talking and minding our own business when two bounces came over and told my brother to leave to leave for vaping even know no one even had one out. We nicely showed him our hands and that we clearly weren’t holding anything when this kid had the audacity to pull my brothers arm and started DRAGGING him out of the bar. I dont know if these no life teens thought they were cool for having a shirt that said security, but I have never seen someone do that to a paying customer that was very understanding and didn’t refuse leaving. Absolutely will never be back. PS it was the ginger one
Customers should stay away from this place. They don't treat employees fairly, including paying them the proper amounts. This is a very dodgy place.

His interactions were marked by a complete lack of respect and an air of superiority, as if he believed his position granted him the right to mistreat people.I personally fell victim to his unwarranted aggression. When I approached him with a question, he responded with condescension and an abrasive tone, making me feel small and belittled. It was evident that he took pleasure in his ability to assert dominance rather than providing the assistance I required.Moreover, I observed the security guard engaging in unnecessary confrontations with other visitors who posed no threat or risk. Instead of maintaining a calm and professional demeanor, he resorted to intimidating gestures and offensive language, making the environment feel hostile and unwelcoming.It is extremely disheartening to encounter such an individual in a role that is meant to ensure the safety and well-being of others. His behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of the establishment but also creates a toxic atmosphere for visitors who expect to be treated with dignity and respect.I urge the management of bad luck bar to take immediate action in addressing this security guard's abusive conduct.
