Walked in at 8:35pm, the store closes at 9pm. Was told that they were not taking any more orders as there were too many customers already, ( there were 9-10 people waiting). I said ill wait, no problem. They said no, we will not serve you and won’t take your order. This was 25 minutes before close.Place is a joke if they can’t make 10-15 smoothies in 25 minutes, also, if it takes another 2-3 minutes passed 9pm, maybe stay a couple minutes longer to serve your customers. Probably not the best idea to turn customers away in todays economic environment but hey, what do I know.Very disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Booster Juice location, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The atmosphere was clean and tidy, all thanks to the two hardworking gentlemen who were tirelessly keeping the place in top-notch condition. Although the Marathon is now off the menu, I couldn't resist trying their Ocean Mist smoothie. I was actually blown away by how efficiently it was prepared and how perfectly it tasted. It might be my new favorite. The refreshing blend of flavors was exactly what I needed, and it left me feeling satisfied and rejuvenated. Kudos to the dedicated staff for their outstanding service and for creating such a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be returning for more of their delicious and refreshing drinks!

Placed an order here through one of the delivery apps offered, but elected to pick up my order because I was in the area. Through the app, there are options provided to modify their food offered. In the past, at other locations, this has not been an issue. At this location, after asking for no cheese and a different sauce on one of the wraps, the order was placed. At different locations, if one of my requests couldn't be fulfilled after placing the order, I have received a call from Booster Juice and they tell me and ask if I want anything else. Not this one. I pick up my order to find both wraps are made the same with cheese and with the sauce I asked to be substituted. I went back in when I found this out, and was told nothing could be done because the wraps are premade in the morning and are only grilled at the time of the order. I told them my experience with other Booster Juice locations and said I've always been able to make modifications in the past. They still said there was nothing they could do. It was only when I pushed back and said so I now have a wrap that is inedible and have to find somewhere else to eat that they unenthusiastically said well I guess we can give you a refund. Horrible customer service. Gave my business to the pizza place next door instead. Never coming back to this location, and I'm highly recommending no one does unless they want attitude served with the wrong meal.

I got a regular smoothie and it was only halfway filled in the cup. I also found a hair in my smoothie which I thought was pretty nasty.

Never had a problem ordering from this location. Nice and friendly staff. I see that some of them are younger and could be their first job but they’ve never been anything but spectacular with me every time I’ve been in.Keep up the good work!
2 stars for the kind and professional TALL guy who works there and is awesome! He wears a hat and is super helpful! The other staff… yikes! Indifferent, no smiling, no actual service but they have a tip jar ? um no. The owner needs a reminder of what customer service actually is and then he/she needs to teach this to the staff. I know we all have things going on, but for a couple of pricey juices or smoothies, you may want your staff to put a little effort into actually serving customers to inspire return customers. Tasty drinks though.
