The service was rlly bad we waited 25 minutes for our waiter to come back after he gave us our drinks and we are the only people in the restaurant and when he did come up to us he was super unfriendly and didn’t not smile or nothing just asked for a drink and left and never came back he was also wearing very tight pants and made us uncomfortable so uncomfortable I didn’t even want to make eye contactDietary restrictions: HorribleWheelchair accessibility: Horrible

As far as Boston Pizza's go it was typical menu items. I am not crazy about this kind of food which probably accounts for my 3 stars. But I decided to post because the service was phenomenal. They were friendly and attentive when I wanted it and then when I wanted to be left alone they did that also. Best service I have had in a very long time.

Went to have dinner tonight.Ordered the new Fiesta salad, what a mess. First it came out wrong due to an error which I totally understood, but then when it came back out it was missing the corn and peppers the menu mentioned and the chicken was dry and just gross.I think I'm done with this restaurant chain, it's just not good anymore.

Food was typical (mid) for Boston pizza; however, the real negative part was a 15 gratuity, after tax was included, not indicated by server. Maybe it was because we had a party of 8 (4 adults and four children). Was not informed and paid 15% on top of the after tax and tipped amount. Service was good, but not over 30% good. I guess I should trust Boston Pizza less. Will not return.

Waited 5-10 mins for server to greet us and take drink orders. Asked for wi-fi password (never did get it) Service very slow and it wasn't a busy time of day. No offers of refills on drinks. Server offered to get a dessert for my Granddaughter but it never did come. When it comes to bill time, trying to read a very badly printed bill (needs a new printer) my one son noticed after the rest of us had paid that they had automatically added a tip. The server did not notify us of this and it was very hard to read on the receipt.Take note and try to read all your bill
The restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience with superb food quality and generous portions. Additionally, the delightful surprise of a complimentary brownie for a birthday celebration enhanced the overall enjoyment of the meal.?♥️

I would love to give a glowing review of this restaurant but I wasn't given the opportunity to try the food. The manager was very nice but apparently they don't like making money on Friday nights. (Did I mention that their dining room was completely empty) It was 9:45, we were a group of 17 and they said that they were closing down (yes, closing is at 11). They did offer takeout which was very kind. BTW I am writing this from Chucks Roadhouse across the road and it is packed.... big surprise.

We called ahead and showed up with 40 people after a hockey tournament. Sarah and Scarlet looked after our group and did an amazing job. They were kind to our kids (all 15 of them) and patient with the whole group. I don’t have one complaint to mention. Keep it up!
