I used to be a regular customer. 2 veg burgers and a pack of mozzarella sticks.But today I am not happy. I get here at 8:44pm and they tell me it’s closing time at 9 so everything is down. They can’t cook me any burgers nor any mozzarella sticks. So guess what…won’t be visiting here again.I went across the street to a&w - they hooked me up. Bye bye BK.

This location should be closed as far as I'm concerned. Apart from the poor cleanliness, hygiene, disgusting cold food from this burger king the line for me was having a piece of sharp wire material lodged in my gum from their 'whopper'

Mid June 2023 weekday lunch. A convenient drop by point for lunch next to Pioneer and Ultramar on way to Aberfoyle. A bit quiet but fine for enjoying the meal. Staff are nice.

Arrived at the drive-through at 7:10. Tried to order. Was asked to wait. After 5 minutes decided to back out and go inside. The inside restaurant was closed.Pulled back into the drive-through. Said hello at the speaker. Left after no response. Will not go back

Me and my worker went to buy lunch there today, all the food was cold, and stale, the fries were cold, the burger was cold, the nuggets were cold, and the chicken sandwich was soggy, we went back to tell them that the food was not good, and the guy decided to argue with us an tell us the food was made just an hour ago, of course it will be cold, but then he change his story and said the food was made 15-20 min ago. We work 2 minute away from the restaurant, so they didn't get cold on the car ride. They refunded the money, but the service and hygiene of this place is terrible, no hair-nets, no gloves, no washing hands after touching raw meet and cooked meet. AVOID IT.

The guy who took my order was super nice, and the chicken sandwiches they made were the best I've had from bk BY FAR! It's my only experience with this location, but it was a very pleasant one. Thanks again!

I have never been so disgusted in a fast food place in my life. When I received my order (wrong burger & rock hard bread) and went inside for a refund, the MANAGER refused to refund me! He said “that’s what you ordered, that’s what you get” the poor kid working offered to pay me the money out of his own wallet!!! He proceeded to record my partner and threaten to call the cops. The manager needs to be fired!! Treating people like this is ridiculous.

Worst drive thru experience slow and ridiculous came in through drive thru and used app on mobile device , where they give you a code. These unprofessional staff kept asking me for a coupon code and to see my phone.very unprofessional unfriendly and un canadian like. All are foreigners with no customer service experience.
