Tried a latte from here and it tasted like actual cardboard. There was no foamed milk and the server did not seem to be trained in making proper coffees. Cup was only filled 75% of the way. Would not recommend.

Ordered a regular brew coffee which was lukewarm and tastes like dishwater.

The Americanos lacked strength and were over-creamed. The Muffin and Hello Dolly were both over-sweet for our liking.

On our first visit with the cafe, we found it to be a pleasant atmosphere to relax and enjoy their breakfast menu. That was around a year and a half ago, now we are finding that we are here two or three times a week. The menu items are all extremely pleasant tasting and reasonably priced. Now that the Spring is here we can now enjoy the patio dining. With great staff and food, it now our go to for meeting with friends.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian menu is good as wellKid-friendliness: Good experienceParking: Close parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access

this afternoon i made the over-ambitious decision of visiting this cafe on my day trip to guelph. don’t get me wrong, the service here is great. very kind guy working the cafe who was accommodating to my kiwi allergy when i went in at about 3/4pm today. i unfortunately just could not say the same about the food quality though, i ordered the fruit waffle and had my kiwis subbed out for almond slices which was nice, however, the strawberries seemed to be a bit mushy and some slices were lifeless. worse, when i got to my destination and bit into my waffle i was disheartened to find it was undercooked. the inside was very much not to the consistency of what a waffle should have been, and as someone with stomach issues i immediately tossed it all into the trash. i honestly just did not trust anything else in the box after having an undercooked waffle… i wish this wasn’t the case, i was really excited to enjoy this meal as the cafe vibes were nice and the staff was kind! i just have to give this warning because it is a health issue to be serving undercooked food, especially when it poses a health risk. i am really disappointed with the quality and was sadly more satisfied with my tim hortons bagel later in the day. please keep in mind, i am giving two stars only due to the fact that the service was good and the rest of the fruit looked and tasted fine. i just hate that i had to both waste my food and my money at the risk of this health concern.

Forget the chain cafes, come here instead! Everything here is wonderful. It's very cute. Nice inside and outside patio atmosphere! I've had almost every dessert (my faves are the ricotta slice thing, hello dolly, tiramisu, and baklava). All so good. Also love their bagel w cream cheese (it's a cheddar jalapeno bagel, I think) sunrise bagel breakfast sandwich, strawberry waffle, and they make THE best London fog! I havent tried other sandwiches or pasta yet, but they sound so good too. Owners are a lovely couple who are very kind. They have great taste, and you can tell everything is handmade and served with love. Highly recommend. Also, across the hall from CareWell, a great clinic for physiotherapy and chiropractic care! I left them a review on here too.
