Got the monthly special here and it was ready in seconds! Staff were all so lovely and welcoming as I was visiting Guelph for the first time. Must say if you are in the area, you have got to try this bubble tea. Tapioca was super yummy and it made my long trip worth it.If you have any doubts about going here, may this review give you confidence that it is the right decision to make.

came in 30 minutes before close, was immediately notified that they don’t take cash. when asked why they said it’s because they’ll have to recount the register. i got so startled with the lack of customer service - ended up leaving and going elsewhere (the deer place iykyk) they offered to accommodate but i didn’t want to inconvenience them :) this location is really a hit or miss, sometimes so great but when it’s a miss - it’s pretty big

I'm torn because the bubble tea in general is good here but the slushes are based on syrup. Additionally the place itself looks worn down and much to be wanted. The service is friendly and fine but truly more a place to visit out of convenience.

This is honestly such a nice and (usually) calm study spot. The employees are always really nice. The drinks are SO GOOD, i’m honestly addicted I could come here every day. My favorite drink is their Taro Milk Tea (30% sugar, less ice, add pearls). I also like to get their Hot Roasted Milk Tea (30% sugar, add pearls). Definitely one of my favorite bubble tea places in Guelph.

Chatime has great drinks and some good seasonal ones but very often I get reminded of why I stop going there. They frequently give me the wrong toppings especially the premium ones that I had to pay extra for (eg paying for crystal boba but got regular pearl)
Really good experience, fresh ingredients and really helpful staff. Samsun gave me a free trial as well which helped me select the drink.

I love this Chatime sososososo much. The atmosphere is superb. The service is impeccable. Drinks are the best. I have tried Chatime from all over the GTA and deadass this one is the best no lie. I love Guelph Chatime.

Chatime is a big step above Real Fruit, but definitely a step below CoCo, Kung Fu Tea and The Alley. Quality of boba drinks are just okay and not special. I don’t like how quickly the tapioca pearls get hard and flavours just really not there for me. Their fruit slush drinks are also not that great, and I just would come to the other places before here. Service is always nice though.
