Went in for lunch with my daughter, we eat here probably once a month, my daughter always ordered off the kid’s menu. Today we ordered and she ordered off the kids menu and the waitress told here she couldn’t order off the kids menu as it’s for 10 and under I told the waitress she was 10 and she disagreed with me… so now your waitresses are smart enough to guess kids ages?? I don’t have ID for her, so your telling me I need to bring her birth certificate for her to order off your kids menu?? So she was forced to order off the regular menu at double the price and did not eat it all well because she can only eat the kids portion size..because she’s a kid!!!Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly…apparently you have to show proof of age to order off kids menu!!!

No More Unlimited Bread. Me and my family went here because of the unlimited bread only to be informed that nothing any of us had ordered had unlimited bread. So now it’s only if you order certain items and only for the person who ordered said item. Overall not worth going to now without the bread.

Brought niece for a dinner party our hamburgers were not cooked enough and her pizza was doey and pepperoni didn't looked cook at all. Staff was amazing and so was waitress so this poor review falls on the cooks that night.

Ordered mozzarella sticks, Mario’s chicken parmiglana, and salted caramel brownie for delivery. Instead of receiving mozzarella sticks and Mario’s chicken parmiglana, I received some random pasta and no mozzarella sticks. The worst part is, is that the receipt attached to the bag, had what i originally ordered printed on it, so I have absolutely no idea how you could screw this up. Like it’s actually mind boggling how dumb some people can be. This was extremely frustrating since mozzarella sticks are actually kind of expensive. Bunch of morons working there if you ask me. But hey! At least they gave me my brownie.
We went on family day, for a birthday dinner. It was crazy busy, and our party of 6 was seated by the hostess at a booth, was very snug for 6 adults. As our party of 6 trickeled in and said the name of the reservation, the host just said "ya there here, just wonder around and find them"??? On an average day this would probably be fine, but on a very busy family day, it cause everyone to wonder around looking for us, not convient or efficient. The waitress who's name I forgot (sorry), was an awesome server and was on her game, making sure no one asked for a refill as she was very observant of the table, and did a great job bringing out the 2 cakes that we brought with candles. The food was OK, like everywhere it seems the portions where small but the prices still the same... all in all we had a good time

Food is always good. The servers generally are fantastic.The one complaint that needs to be addressed by management is the dog leg table in the off center back of the restaurant.It's barely big enough to seat one person nevermind two.Management please just get rid of it. Don't be ridiculous.

Went in for lunch. My server Melissa was amazing. She was the perfect amount of attentiveness. She was warm and welcoming with a genuine smile on her face. You can tell that she loves her job and she is really good at it! My only fault with my visit was i had just started my salad and they brought out my entre. By the time I got to my pasta it was cold. I took it home so I could at least reheat it. I almost felt like I was being rushed out.

We went today for Valentines Day, family of 4. Minnie was are server and I can't say enough wonderful things about her! Our cups were never empty, the bread was always full on the table and there was always so much cheese on our pasta! What a wonderful, wonderful dinner we had!

Horrible service. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.I come here quite often and I had called to reserve a spot so I don’t have to wait at the door for half an hour again. I was told by the receptionist they are not able to reserve anything because I have to be there in person. How inconsiderate is this? They really need to change how they handle reservations. Until then I won’t be returning.
