Had to wait 10 minutes for a salad and then told I had to pay an extra 1.25 for salad dressing. Stay away and won’t be going back. They don’t even have music in the store!

Meal options have changed here and I wasn't excited about the strong spice smell when I walked in. It gave me a headache. I still enjoyed the meal I had though of teriyaki chicken.

Paid almost 20. For a salad. The berri crunch , picture looked completely different than what you recieve literally only got a few strawberries. Paid the same yesterday at jack actors for twice the amount. Very disappointed. Will not be returning ever to freshii,.. staff were friendly though but that's the last 20 bucks you'll ever steal from.me.

I place order mobile and find out they were default tip 5% after I realized too late . They need be zero and ask permission for tip . Feel like tricked .

Great service! I visit this Freshii location the same night every week for take-out. The regular staff members are very friendly and make every visit a delight by remembering my usual order and greeting me with a smile each time. The consistency of service keeps me coming back week after week.
