Very good BOBA, however, if you show up even thirty minutes before closing you won’t be allowed in because they close much earlier than their posted times. (Today, arrived at 9:40 and location was closed. Posted closing time: 10 o clock.) This has happened on multiple occasions.

I provided a detailed list of my order to the servers and they still provided me with the inaccurate number of orders and with the wrong order details. I called them and instead of fixing the issue were blaming me for their error.

I love their drinks. But they never listen to me when i ask for less ice cubes/no ice. The picture attached is how much less ice (2-4) cubes are after i finished my drink with a few already melted into my drink. This has happened multiple times.

Been waiting an hour for 2 hotdog orders and they told us that there's still a 15-20 wait time. Are they making these dogs from scratch? Unacceptable to have to wait this long for any type of food. Then the lady had the nerve to tell me to cancel the order and give me a refund.

So many unique flavours at this spot, and all easily customizable, as they ask you what % of ice and sweetness you want right at cash. I got the toasted coconut coffee smoothie and highly recommend.Update: went here again and staff was trying to tell me they have no dairy free options when they have coconut milk listed on menu. I am still unsure whether their coconut drinks actually have dairy in them or not. Not a risk to take for people with allergens.

great shop the people servering were nice and the drinks and the bubble waffles reminded me of my childhood ❤️

Admitted to messing up in order of a waffle cone by giving it to a person who thought he got one even though I brought it up when they gave it to him so he had to end up paying after getting my waffle coneThen when they remade the waffle cone nearly 20 minutes later they rushed it and it was undercookedIt was a busy day and there were three staff. They were not able to effectively deal with this issue coming up and did not begin to make the waffle I paid for after prompting them. Instead they spent another 5 minutes looking through the system?

This Gong Cha compared to others I’ve been to is the absolute best. I find that they always make amazing drinks and the team has good chemistry too!Whenever I go to other gongchas to get earl grey mt it’s always bland but they do it right here.
