I ordered a large and they me the smallest burrito I've ever seen and they completely slipped have of the toppings and there was a hole in my burrito. It was good though

Taste was good but the tacos and nachos were stone cold. We had ordered for pick up and the order was not ready when we got there, (which was fine) but it wasn’t cold as the food sat around as they were still preparing while we waited. Disappointing for sure.

The woman who served me I assume she’s the manager or owner. She’s always very attentive and represent great customer service. I have celiac disease and I always find it challenging to eat out somewhere safe. She always takes care and time to serve me when I express my dietary restrictions. She’s educated on it enough to know serious effects of cross contamination. And I’ve overheard her training and educating her stuff on it as well. I live very close and I have gotten food from here often. Love this place plus they play good music too ?Dietary restrictions: Celiac and gluten free options available and educated on cross contamination. Happy customer.

Ordered a "burrito" and the employee wrapped it up in a ball and grilled it. One bite into it and it split wide open spilling the contents everywhere.You would think in this day and age people could try to take some pride in their work. How you screw up something as simple as a making a burrito is beyond comprehension.

Had a quick stop for a good steak taco! The meat was so fresh and staff offered many options and suggestions because everything looked good to eat and I couldnt make up my mind haha! Had the fiesta potatoes and nachos chips were fresh and crisp as ever. Great food and wonderful staff! Keep up the great service guys ?
If certain people are working it can be a 10/10 meal. I’ve went to Guac many times but it sucks having to check who’s working before deciding wether or not to get it. The last couple times I’ve taken my chances at this Guac I’ve unfortunately had terrible experiences. Insanely small portion sizes an extra dollar for a half spoon of cheese. Why you would ever pay for extra anything in there is beyond me considering they don’t give you much to begin with. I’ll continue trying to go to Guac but I’ll make sure I know who’s working before I go.
