Jyotika was what customer service should be!!! I wanted extra pickles so I could put them on my poutine (since you took that off your menu) & she cut them up for me so I could have my dill pickle poutine!! ❤️ The gentleman on cash was very sweet too!! Awesome experience!! Thank you!!

Notes in vegetarian section. NOT PLEASED AND WILL MOT BE BACK.Vegetarian options: Well when I asked for the jr hamburger with no meat patty. Well apparenrly you cannot have a bun wirhout a meat patty. Oh yes I coukd do a bun and garnish( too big) for 5.99 though. I said id like just the small burger. Just pkease dont put the meat...NOPE!!! REALLY. MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL. WHAT IF I WAS ELDERLY OR HAD AUTISM OR IM VEGETARIAN OR ITS MY RELIGION......WOW HARVEY'S YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS...FOOLISH IS WHAT IT IS!!!!!

Food is great and burgers are better than most fast food chains. My only comment was I was charged regular $3.29 for the slushie instead of the $2.99 deal posted at the side entrance. When I complained about it, I was told it was done 4 days ago but wasn't taken done. I insisted that I should get the deal since they left it on that attracted me to order it. I told them that other food chains or even restaurants will credit you for their mistake. Even department stores do that. I told the manager it was the principle and not the amount. While we were eating, one of the staff took the sign down ad I demanded that it is misleading and should give been taken down. However, this won't stop me from going to Harvey's. I just want to point out the importance of honor system. Thanks

The overall experience was really good, especially the staff service. Miss Simran though it was my first visit in Harvey’s she helped me to choose the best suited order for me and my wife. Miss Kritika who prepared our order was prepared beautifully. The on table service by Mr Shantanu was too good and friendly behaviour.Also, thanks to Mr Kousik who safely returned my phone that we left behind at the store.Thank you to the entire Harvey’s Team.

Honestly I love this Harvey's, the doorway getting in is weird because of the drive thru, but it's never let me down in terms of quality and speedy service. I've had some bad Harvey's, but not here! I enjoy visiting Guelph for this establishment. I typically get the Angus Burger, it's never as big as my heart wants it to be, but it always satisfies
