False advertising. If you order an exotic shake it does not come with the toppings on the side. Very expensive for a subpar milkshake.

Me personaly, I absolutely LOVE these milkshakes at Holy Shakes licated in Guelph. I also LOVE the indian food at the place right next door. Service was great and milkshakes are mqde with quality ingredients as promissed. I rate YES order here

Absolute AWFUL service. The "manager" (or so she said she was) gave attitude the entire time. Rolled her eyes when we asked what was on the burgers. Made our order wrong and then told us she didn't, when I showed her the burger and her mistake she told me coleslaw was onions, refused to remake or fox the order. Had her call her "boss" whom told her to remake the order all the while giving attitude the whole time. When remaking the order she kept going into the back and would come out making a fist, assumed she spit in her hand as she spent half a second in a room I couldn't see into, made her change her glaves as she refused to show me what was in her hands. If I could give this place negative stars and service I WOULD. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. she also took back food over the counter which is a health and safety violation, she also had all the toppings mixed together, so look out for cross contamination if you are vegan/veg/allergies.Parking: Hardly any available parking in front usually have to park a bit away.

Food was good, but I have never complained at a restaurant before. I would never go to this location again. The worst service from the very beginning she said she was the manager and took my number, so I’ll be waiting a call from the owner.
