I love the food, service is a wee bit slow but I think the guy was new to it, restaurant needs a bigger sign outside. I will recommend it to friends and family ! Thank you ?

Service was great. I ordered the salmon bowl and it was nice and fresh. The serving size I found to be just the right size. The pickled ginger was my fav part. Not a ton of seating inside but it was pretty quiet when I visited with friends on a Monday.

Found this place to be very overpriced for what you got. The food was OK. Not great. I would not go back. The sauce they used which is called ninja sauce, Makes me feel kind of sick after eating it.Friendly staff. There are much better values out there.

One of my top Japanese cuisine places to hit up in Guelph. The multi-selection menu offers an array of choices to choose from. All kinds of sauces/dressings and additional garnishes/condiments/toppings to add. There's great side dishes as well. This is on another level from your grocery store sushi/sashimi; everything is all quality, made to order and generous portions. Expect to spend about $30 per person for a meal (with drink). If you're looking to dine on a budget, save up your money to go here as this place will not disappoint.

Employees were very kind and helpful. Ordered a vegan veggie tempura roll - was my first time eating a burrito style sushi roll but it was delicious and a perfect lunch.Vegetarian options: Had vegan options.

I had salmon bomb. They charge way too much for the portion and the quality of the food. I was not happy with that they charge extra $2 dollars for paying with credit cards. Ended up paying almost $24 dollar for a bowl?! I’d rather just go to the AYCE sushi. Would never come back.

I crave their poke bowls, spoke with the owner once who was nice and shared their fish has good quality, I was happy about that! Staff is great too, ambiance could improve but it’s not important for a quick bite!

We ordered takeout from the Hungry Ninja. The online order system instructs you to send a text message with particular ordering instructions, which is fine for me as I have worked in food service before, but I can imagine that people unaccustomed to working in the food service industry could find this challenging. I received a confirmation text, and when I arrived the food was ready - earlier than scheduled even which is a bonus. We had intended to use downtown Guelph gift vouchers we recently received as a gift. As a business listed under the Downtown Guelph Business Association directory, they should be willing and able to accept them as they are valid as cash or cheques. They get deposited the same as a cheque into their bank, as it says on both the voucher AND the Downtown Guelph Business Association website. We arrived to pick up our order and were told that the owner does not want to accept these vouchers. The cashier had been told before that they are not willing to accept then. We insisted that they should take them as they are valid as cash or cheque at any downtown business, but apparently the owner does not want to deal with the hassle. The cashier phoned the owner who immediately told them "no, we won't take them" and hung up. We then offered to pay by credit card with Apple Pay since we had not brought our wallets. We were told it was an additional $2, and they don't have tap. We ended up leaving with nothing, and the food went to waste. It is hugely disappointing as someone who tries to support local businesses to be turned away because they don't want to deal with vouchers from their own local business association. It is a service offered by the community to ensure the economic stability of the downtown core, and to see it discarded by a local business is very disheartening. It is also disappointing that they would rather see food go to waste than accept a voucher.Very dissatisfied with the lack of commitment to the community and complete lack of customer service on the part of the owner.

Ordered salmon poke bowl (Monday specials) and it was delicious!Kid-friendliness: Seems friendly enough.Wheelchair accessibility: Door and flooring is clear and open enough to allow someone with a mobility aide in , as well as chair seating, so dining in won’t be a problem.
