I have been here many times as this is the closest Chinese restaurant in my neighbourhood. I placed an order for over $60 with the expectation that I would get 15% off, as their website clearly says "15% off with pickup order over $60 before tax, except Mother's Day and lunch special." When I went in to pick up my order, the total was higher than I expected. I explained the discount they specified on their website, and they said it was a coupon that I needed to have printed out from their menu. This is not clearly stated on their website whatsoever. The server was not willing to honour the discount noted on their website, but offered to give me a paper menu "to use next time". I enjoyed the food in the past, but I will not return as I don't appreciate false advertising and poor service.

So disappointed. I went there to give them my business. Asked for Hot and Sour soup. They only have one size. It cost me $11!!!!! Same size for the same soup only costs $5 at Win Chinese Food and Royal City. Be wary of what you're paying - they are probably overcharging you without your knowledge.

I used to like their gtao chicken . For the last few months every time is extremely overcooked almost not edible despite the fact that I ask every time when I order “please do not overcook” . So unfortunately I am done with it .

Their general tso chicken was extremely disappointing. The fried chicken was hard and dry. The general tso sauce was so bland and lacking of flavor. It literally tasted like they watered down sweet and sour sauce. Both me and my partner didn't finish it.DO NOT recommend the general tso. There are other fantastic Chinese restaurants in guelph that you should go to instead.
